As an instructor, I like to have all the material referenced in a class manual available as I prepare for the class and/or when I am preparing to implement the “stuff” we cover in class. So I have gone through the manual and created a page with all the online resources, papers or articles mentioned in the VMware NSX: Install, Configure and Manage [6.4] course in one place.
This week I am attending the Train the Trainer class for VMware NSX: Install, Configure, Manage [V6.4] and that has prompted me to go back and freshen up the NSX resources page I posted in 2014. I anticipate adding to this content over time as I go back through sites and articles that I have collected and found useful.
End of general support for vCNS is less than 90 days away…
I am troubleshooting a DHCP relay issue with the DLR and have found this KB article useful in identifying known issues with NSX 6.x for vSphere. The article get updated periodically.
It turns out we ran across a bug that should be fixed with version 6.2.3.
This is an old KB that still gets referenced when odd things happen with new Windows VMs.

In preparation for teaching an early access vSphere: Install, Configure and Manage [v6] course this week, I have collected all the web resource links from the student manual onto a single page. Every web link is included, though none are repeated as they are in some sections of the course materials.
The web resources are here.
VMware KB: Best practices for configuring OSPF areas with VMware NSX for vSphere 6.x logical routers
Just putting this here for reference in my current SDDC project. The best practices described are essentially a common sense approach.
VMware KB: NSX for vSphere 6.1.3 is compatible with vSphere 6.0, but new vSphere 6.0 features have not been tested with NSX
We have been waiting for this update to be released since it was mentioned at PEX in February. Now to get it into the lab!
